|Course Prerequisites:||Qualification for MATH 24 or higher. ENG 22 or higher.
Recommended preparation: ICS 100, or ICS 101.
|Course Description:||ACC 201 is an introduction to accounting theory and methods to record and report financial information for sole proprietorships in service and retail operations. Introduction to accounting theory and methods for partnerships.
ACC 201 class section (CRN 35014)is conducted on the Internet. This class has a 6 week schedule and it is not self-paced. Two weeks prior to the start of session, log into https://laulima.hawaii.edu/portal with
your UH username and password to check for announcements from your instructor. Please check your MyUH portal account regularly for announcements about class cancellations, UH system announcements, and/or email.

|Technical Requirements:||The Internet allows students to take a course at home using a personal computer. Depending on the online course, students may be required to log in at a specific day and time or at anytime. Students taking an online course should always contact their instructor after registration or prior to the first day of class to get detailed information regarding the course.
