Course Prerequisites: Prerequisite: FIRE 280A and FIRE 280B
Course Description: An overview of fire service management theories and application principles in the fire service. Management by objective. Current fire safety education, problem identification and program development strategies are introduced. Fireground management functions, management of financial resources, physical resources, and facilities. May be taken on a CR/N basis.
