Course Restrictions: Priority enrollment is given to the distance learning students in the Public Administration program delivered to the neighbor islands. Any remaining seats will open to all students on December 16, 9am.
Course Prerequisites: Pre: Completion of 6 lower division credits (PUBA 100, 101, 102 or 203 highly recommended).
Course Description: Development of governmental administration in the United States and particularly in Hawai‘i: theories of administrative organization; principles and methods of administrative management and executive leadership; interpersonal and intergroup relationships; levels of decision-making; ethics; and responsibility.
