Course Prerequisites: Pre: Completion of 6 lower division credits (PUBA 100, 101, 102 or 203 highly recommended).
Course Description: Materials and cases treating criminal law and procedures within the context of the American polity. Systematic analysis of the role of the citizen in relationship to operational legal principles and procedures of criminal law. An emphasis on contemporary problems and recent court decisions.
