Course Prerequisites: Pre: Completion of 6 lower division credits (PUBA 100, 101, 102 or 203 highly recommended).
Course Description: This course provides a general survey of theories and contemporary practices in the process of public and private personnel administration. In addition to topics such as recruitment and placement, training and development, compensation and performance appraisal, this course will also focus on techniques for motivation, productivity, and creativity associated with individual and organizational effectiveness. (Cross-list BUSA 351)
