Course Restrictions: THIS ONLINE COURSE IS PART OF THE FAST-TRACK CERTIFICATE PROGRAM. All courses in this program are COMPRESSED into 8-WEEK or shorter modules that allow students to obtain certificates in as little as 24 weeks. Classes in the fast-track program are designed to be taken as a suite of courses leading to a certificate. It is STRONGLY recommended that students who are taking this class in pursuit of a certificate also register in ECOM 100 (CRN 42289) and ACC 124 (CRN 42280). Course Description: Students learn the fundamental principles of selling, with an emphasis on the techniques of selling: the approach, sales presentation, handling of objections, and the close. Sales demonstrations are required.
