| Course Description: | Introduction to the
technology and history of the Internet and its uses as an electronic commerce media from informational websites to full online retail systems. Included in this introductory survey course will be analysis and evaluation of retail and business-to-business Internet-based systems. Course work includes webpage design and the construction of a business-style website. |
| Additional Notes: | Working knowledge of
personal computer systems and ability to operate standard web browsers and use e-mail comfortably. |
