|Course Description:||ESS 180 will introduce students to a variety of
subdisciplines and career pathways related to
Exercise Science and Sports Medicine. The course
will also present basic concepts in injury prevention and introduce students to the role of exercise in facilitating optimal function.
This ESS 180 class section (CRN 31834) is conducted on the Internet.

|Technical Requirements:||Students must have dependable computer access; Firefox or Internet Explorer (Safari is not recommended), Java, word processing skills, UH e-mail access; up/downloading skills.
