Course Prerequisites:
MATH 24 with a grade of "C" or higher, or placement into MATH 25 or higher level math, or one year of high school algebra

Recommened Preparation:
Two years of high school algebra, MATH 103 or higher level Mathematics course.
Course Description:
CHEM 100 is a survey of the basic concepts of general chemistry. CHEM 100 serves as a preparatory course for more advanced chemistry courses.

This course is completely ONLINE (for more details go to: Problem-solving sessions are every Monday in a virtual classroom from 7-9 pm (mandatory). All exams must be taken in a proctored testing center. Students must have reliable computer access (and skill in the use of Java and Firefox).
