|Course Requirements:||This is a distance section delivered through the World Wide Web. Majority of learning and practice, and all exams, are computerized and done online with
required MyMathLab access code. New textbook packages in bookstore include required access code. Exams must be proctored and taken on campus in
approved locations. Prior to first class meeting, check UH email for more details about textbook, access code, and exams.
|Course Prerequisites:||Prerequisite: C or better in MATH 205 or equivalent (within the past two years).|
|Course Description:||Second course in the calculus sequence. The course extends
differentiation and integration to single-variable inverse
trigonometric, logarithmic, and exponential functions. Topics
include techniques of integration, convergence of improper integrals,
sequences and series, Power and Taylor series representations of
functions, and an introduction to differential equations.
