| Course Description: | MGT 118 covers supervisory concepts applying
business terminology and practices of today’s first line managers. The relationship of the five functions of management (planning, organizing, staffing, influencing/leading and controlling) and the role of the supervisor in the business organization to reach department/company objectives will be analyzed in detail.ing) and the role of the supervisor in the business organization to reach department/company objectives will be analyzed in detail. Upon completion of MGT 118, MGT 122, MGT 124, students are eligible to apply for the Certificate of Competence in Management. |
