|Course Description:||Professional codes of ethics, its legal perimeters, and the concepts of values, boundaries, morals, and confidentiality within public services professions of criminal justice, human services, and substance abuse counseling will be explored, analyzed, and discussed.|
|Textbooks:||No textbook required. Handouts will be provided by instructor.|
|Technical Requirements:||This interactive video (ITV) course is delivered using a videoconferencing system. It allows students to attend the course on a SPECIFIC DAY/TIME and CAMPUS other than the campus where the instructor originates the course. Therefore, distance learners must attend each class session at the SPECIFIC DAY/TIME and SPECIFIC LOCATION.
It is recommended that students also have an email address and access to a computer with Internet connection for “outside class” communication with instructor and classmates.
