Course Description: To enhance the understanding of the supervisory process and the management of human resources. Focuses on supervisory position function, activities, and topics for supervisors to understand and apply.

Technical Requirements: This interactive video (ITV) course is delivered using a videoconferencing system. It allows students to attend the course on a SPECIFIC DAY/TIME and CAMPUS other than the campus where the instructor originates the course. Therefore, distance learners must attend each class session at the SPECIFIC DAY/TIME and SPECIFIC LOCATION.

Course also includes an online component. Familiarity with using a computer and basic Internet skills (browsing, sending e-mail, saving/sending files) is required.
