Course Requirements: Students must attend weekly live online class sessions via Blackboard Weds from 1-2:30pm HST. Students whose local start timezone is earlier then 8am or later then 8pm may contact the instructor for alternative arrangements.
Course Description: The seminar offers in-depth explorations of compelling topics related to the social, political, and economic integration of individuals with disabilities of all ages, their families and allies and professionals working in the field.

2. Wood, P. (2007). Lottery. Berkeley Press.

3. Additional online readings will be assigned.
Technical Requirements: 1. Computer, IPad, Android, or Smart Phone with internet access.
2. Headphones or other means of accessing auditory information on the computer or telephone.
3. Microphone or other means of participating in live discussion and presenting, or telephone.
4. Additional installation of JavaScript and other setting adjustments may be required to access Elluminate/blackboard. Prior to our first scheduled class, go to http://www.blackboard.com/Platforms/Collaborate/Overview.aspx and click “support” to make sure your computer is set up to access ElluminateLive/blackboard.
