Course Requirements: TO ACCESS WILEYPLUS, A STUDENT MUST HAVE HIS/HER OWN WILEYPLUS ACCESS CODE. NEW TEXTBOOKS PURCHASED AT KCC BOOKSTORE ARE BUNDLED WITH WILEYPLUS ACCESS CODE, STUDENTS PURCHASING USED TEXTBOOKS MUST PURCHASE WILEYPLUS ACCESS CODE ONLINE FROM PUBLISHER. GENERALLY, THE ACCESS CODE ALLOWS FOR 12 MONTHS ACCESS.

with your UH username and password to check for announcements from your instructor. Course Prerequisites: Recommended Preparation:
ICS 101 or ICS 100.

Qualification for MATH 24 or higher; ENG 22 or higher.
Course Description: ACC 201 is an introduction to accounting theory and methods to record and report financial information for sole proprietorships in service and retail operations. Introduction to accounting theory and methods for partnerships.

This ACC 201 class section (CRN 31114) is conducted on the Internet. This class has a 16 week schedule and it is not self-paced.

ACC 201 contributes towards the Certificate of Completion in Tax Preparer and Payroll Preparer.
Textbooks: Books may be purchased at the Kapiolani CC bookstore or ordered online at http://www.bookstore.hawaii.edu/uhkcc/home.aspx. If you do not have access to the Internet or unable to travel to the bookstore, you may also order by phone at 1-800-UHBOOKS
Technical Requirements: The Internet allows students to take a course at home using a personal computer. Depending on the online course, students may be required to log in at a specific day and time or at anytime. Students taking an online course should always contact their instructor after registration or prior to the first day of class to get detailed information regarding the course.
