| Course Description: | Second level course in which principles of management, organizational structure, leadership, decision making and change are presented within
the framework of the nursing process. Emphasis is on the beginning level of management of the nursing care of a group of clients. Application of principles occurs in Nurs 257 clinical settings. Employment opportunities and effective job-seeking strategies are addressed. |
