What's Offered?
The University of Hawaii offers numerous courses through Distance Learning using cable, interactive video (ITV) and online instruction for students throughout the state. Students may select any course they are interested in for which they qualify. In this way students are able to take classes that may not be offered on campus or at a time that is convenient for them. In this way UH strives to level the playing field of course availability for all the state's people.
In this same vein, UH is offering an increasing number of degree programs that would enable students to take a majority of the necessary courses for their respective programs via distance learning.
