Program Description

Established in 2004, the Interdisciplinary Certificate in Disability and Studies (DDS) is a 15 credit graduate level (master's, doctoral, and post-doctoral) program sponsored by the Center on Disability Studies (CDS) in the College of Education. Students participate in interdisciplinary experiences with the goal to acquire skills in joint planning, decision-making, goal setting and to understand contemporary disability issues, research, and effective practices from a social, political, cultural and historical context. The program only offers courses entirely online.
