If your UH department has H.323 videoconference facilities and would like to have your department's Endpoint published in this directory, please out the following information.

Please note in order to use the ITS MCU service all sites must first be registered with the ITS MCU. The submittal of this form and posting of your endpoint on the directory will not indicate that your endpoint is registered with the MCU. If you would like to register your endpoint with the MCU, you will need to fill out the Endpoint Certification Form instead.
