Information Technology Services provides the H.323 infrastructure within the UH System to support videoconferencing, however, ITS is not responsible for the scheduling and technical support for individual UH H.323 Endpoints.

Each college and department usually has a Technical Contact and/or Room Coordinator to schedule their endpoint and orientate users how to use the endpoint and facilities.
