Upon successful completion of the certification process, UH Endpoints are registered with the MCU Service database and Gatekeeper.

ITS maintains a directory of certified and registered University H.323 Endpoints and a distribution list for updates and news for UH registered Endpoints.

It is the responsibility of the Endpoint Technical Contact to notify ITS of any changes to the following information (contact the Interactive Video Scheduler at (808) 956-2724, or e-mail itvscheduler-l@lists.hawaii.edu):

1. Endpoint Technical Contact/Coordinator Person (name, phone, fax, email)
2. Changes to the location of their device, IP Address, etc.

Certified endpoints that are inactive with the ITS MCU after one year will need to be recertified with the ITS MCU Service.
