The Auxiliary Enterprises Duplicating Services department is responsible for providing low-cost and high quality for black and white as well as color reprographic services including a variety of finishing options for documents at its central facility.
Also, the department manages over 130 copy machine sites throughout the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa campus. The services are only for faculty and staff members to utilize for instructional purposes and official business.
Reprographic jobs are done on a first-come, first-serve basis. Two weeks before the Fall and Spring semesters are extremely busy times for us. It is recommended that customers bring in jobs well in advance of the beginning of each semester. Each job will be issued a job number; use this number when making inquiries and picking up jobs. Deliveries dates cannot be guaranteed, though every effort will be made to deliver your job by the date needed.
We are located in Building 31C of the Engineering Quad between the Art Building and Campus Center.
