The Auxiliary Enterprises Duplicating Services department is responsible for providing low-cost and high quality for black and white as well as color reprographic services including a variety of finishing options for documents at its central facility. Also, the department manages over 130 copy machine sites throughout the University of Hawaii at Manoa campus. The services are only for faculty and staff members to utilize for instructional purposes and official business.
Reprographic jobs are done on a first-come, first-serve basis. Two weeks before the Fall and Spring semesters are busy times for us. It is recommended that customers bring in jobs as soon as possible prior to the beginning of a semester. Each job will be issued a job number; use this number when making inquiries and picking up jobs. Deliveries are not guaranteed, however, every effort will be made to deliver jobs by the date needed.
