19. If you were teaching this course: a. What would you do to improve it? b. What would you change?

i would not have changed anything i enjoyed the class the way it was.

I would change the text. It was incomplete, hard to follow, and filled with errors.

Nothing he gave the appropriate amount of time to each of the different subjects depending on the difficulty level of the content.

I would have to say that we could slow down a bit and give more time on all subjects. I realize that their is only a certain amount of time but maybe meeting 3x a week would be good.

20. What do you think of the teacher and his/her teaching methods?

I thought the teaching materials were very important and relevant to real life situations. I thought the teacher was very dedicated and knowledeable regarding the subject of math.

He taught math the only possible way that I think you can teach math. He did explain things good.

I thought he was wonderful he was always available during after class and even weekends and by phone. He was awesome!!

21. Has he/she contributed to your general knowledge or to learning job skills?

Yes, math is a big part of the job and career world.

Definitely I have learned so much. I feel like I have better knowledge of basic math skills even complicated ones.

I learned so much during math this was one of the toughest classes of all my years at school. I have never studied so much in my life. I came to this class hating math now I kind of like it.

Nothing could be changed to make it better. It was a honor taking this course with Micky.

Teach the students to be a better reader, Go on the computer more. Looking up words you don't know and look up the definition of the word and put the word in a sentence, in a better way.

Nothing, the way he set up the class with the assignments and quizzes was excellent.

i thought he was very good at what he was doing and i wouldnt need to change anything

20. What do you think of the teacher and his/her teaching methods?

very helpful

Micky's teaching methods were great. He always provided help in and out of the classroom and is always willing to meet with his students on his days off to have study sessions. I loved having Micky as the instructor for this course.

She is a great teacher, and has a good attitude.

there great and easy to understand

i like his teaching methods, but I wish he would stop bringing up irrelevant topics to math like music..it just confuses the students

He knew the subject material very well and explained it good. He was always willing to help us in and out of class.

yes

Micky has definitely contributed to my general knowledge of math.

I've learned alot from her, and appriciate her help when I'm uncomfortable with my work.

yes, he makes time for any student who has questions

I have learned a lot from this class that I know will benefit me extremely in the future with jobs and just life in general. Math wasn't and still isn't my best subject but with this class I did learn a lot that will help me with future math classes.
