13. What did you like about this course, such as activities, projects, assignments, etc.?
The class showed good participation.
Great information.
I learned alot about sanitation in the food industry and how to make it safe to serve food in resturants so nobody gets sick.
I really enjoyed learning about all of the ways we can keep food safe, and the way he explains things make everything so much easier.
The assignments for each section really helped me actually educate myself on each subject.
In this course I like how we got to work in groups to discuss what we were learning because its alot more helpful when you can discuss and get feed back from the other students. Also Chef Paul was very thorough, i liked how wen went over the whole book.
I enjoyed having the teams grouping up to answer the sanitation questions it helped me understand from everyone's perspective and i got what the assignments were asking. I thought having mini quizzes here an there was a smart idea, it was less stressful on i think everyone
That I developed a useful set of skills.
I like the test to make sure I understand the course material.
I like that we got to watch movies on safety and sanitation and do group work.
i enjoied it all. had a blast role playing. it helped understand the material
The course is also easy but it is fun too...
learning about a lot of different types of dangers in the kitchen and learning how many ways you are able to prevent those dangers. the activities we do in class helps us learn from ourselves and also our peers when we present our assignments assigned to our groups.
Activities, projects, and class projects. I liked interacting with others.
14. Any suggestions to improve this course?
Come on time. End on time. I dont like being taught out of a book. Activities would be nice.

Maybe we could of walked through the kitchen to help sanitize everything as a practice because i see there are places in there that aren't that clean

Great teacher
Wished we got to watch more examples of sanitation videos or at least visit restaurants to see how they keep their work space clean
Chef Paul knows exactly the sanitation and safety rules without using the book. I was very impressed. He is well-prepared and use different learning styles to teach the material- like videos, play-roles, tests, and class discussions.
