| It could be more organized with clear instructions or objectives put in the
syllabus. Also communication via email could also be improved. |
| Be more organized. Make discussions more engaging/challenging. I understand it is difficult to get students to listen/pay attention for 3.5 hours, but it doesn't help when you're just blabbing. |

| I believe the course could be improved by the use of PowerPoints when
lecturing about the textbook content. Aside from that, I felt Professor
Carment tried his best to lecture on a significantly difficult topic. His
laid-back, easy-going style of teaching is great for students who just want
to learn but without the constant pressure of making sure you "pass" the
class. |

| During the first 2 weeks, he was 30-45 minutes late, and ended class at 8/830, class was scheduled to end at 930. There was no lecture/powerpoint presentation. I felt like I wasted my money and time. He did not prepare me for the CPA exam. I learned more in my tax class and business law class then I did from him.
He is a very nice and friendly guy though, just teaching methods is not motivating. |
