| It was good that the class was open to discussion that the discussion didn't just stay in the chapters but was able to adapt real life experience, which helped more understanding. I think prof. Chandler is very open and flexible, in terms of always seeking to improve the course to make it more fit to students. Also very much encouraging!! That's how I managed to stick to this course. I really enjoyed it. Thanks! |
| really enjoyed this class... could get a little theoretical at times, but I think that is probably due to
the nature of the subject. Guest speakers very good. I like the implementation side more than the
topics in the beginning of the class. Perhaps you could lecture on things that you have
implemented (similar to the analysis we did in our last papers) Carol did a really nice one on the
Rwanda conflict. Overall, like the level of interaction..don't be afraid to have high expectations.
Undergrads can be lazy if you let them :) Have fun at Harvard! My best friend is graduating from
there this spring! |
