13. What did you like about this course, such as activities, projects, assignments, etc.?
Our teacher mr.ghio is one of the most intelligent people I have ever met. Our project for cost control gave us the willpower to put our restaurant as if it was really working and it let me figure out that my job is ripping me off.
Learning about cost control in the restaurant industry. Using excel to do our project.

I really enjoyed this course and the learning activities. Quizzes got my brain going and getting to know the formulas. Mr.Ghio came very prepared, everyday. He kept the classroom in order. I have learned a lot and will take this skill further. Thank you!
Everything. This course has so much to offer. I enjoyed Mr. Ghio lecture. He is a wonderful teacher.
Assignments gave me a good idea of what is expected in a F & B cost control situation in real world examples.
I loved this class he is a really great teacher. He was well prepared and motivate the class to pay attention after a long day of cooking. Its the first time my book was well spent we went through the whole book and in order. I hate when teachers skip around in books it just confuses me. He was very nice when ever i needed help he was always there to assist me. We need more teachers like him.

Have class twice a week, shorten hours.
