22. How did the instructor show concern for students?
He helps us with things we don't fully understand and makes class feel like a family setting, where we can help others that are weaker in places. He keeps us busy and makes sure we understand the material.
Bobby would ask if the students have any questions when explaining new objectives for the day.
By motivating student in class, and helping student understand and have better understanding on worksheets and in class lectures.
23. What did you especially like/dislike about the way the instructor taught this course?
I like how he teaches, even though we have a small class he tries to work with us in small groups and most of the time individually. If you want to learn, he will teach you as much as you want. He goes beyond the norm.
I liked everything about the way Bobby Salvatierra taught this course.
For me, I do not have mechanical experience. I found it a little overwhelming because Bobby taught as if he expected the class to know all the components of the engine, how to use tools, etc.
Like: He helps us student on hands on works and knows how to motivate student during lecture.
24. What else would you like to say about this instructor/course?
Great course and instructor, just needs better well equipped facility.
Mr. Salvatierra is a very good instructor/lecture. He knows his job very well. He always looks out for us student when we do works in the shop. He's all about safety and working smart.
25. Would you recommend this instructor to other students? Why or why not?
Yes, he has a lot of experience and will teach you what you need on the outside.
I would highly recommend Bobby Salvatierra to other students because he knows what he is doing, he makes it easier to understand the subject by using different examples, and he doesn't like to see his students give up. He wants his students to be the best they possibly can be.
I recommend Mr. Bobby to other students, because I knows he cares about the students future.

All of us students hopes that he can keep this program running because of what Mr. Bobby has done to it. Great instructor/lecture.

The way he teaches this class makes is off the chart. He knows his work and how to keep the students motivates.

Yes, because he has shown us his ablility to teach and motivates the student in class. He has great experience and knowledge for this field.

If Mr. Sal had a better facility or the school got his air compressor fixed things would be much more easier. Sharing a air compressor and waiting to use it cuts out a lot of hands on learning time. Updated trucks, shop materials, and shop area would be great but probably wont happen in our cycle.
