13. What are the instructor's major strengths as a teacher?
He is very knowledgable about this subject and he knows how to present concepts in an interesting way with the types of videos that we watched and some of the group activities that we did.
He made class very interesting and I enjoyed coming to class.
Easy to talk to and very helpful
His major strengths is the way that he does his lectures.
Organization and expertise.
He's is very clear and always gets people interacted with others.
Sean delivers the power point well he can explain the subject well. communicating answers for questions asked by students. He has a masters in I don't remember in what subject. He has a good attitude towards students. Tom can walk around the classroom and sit down and give suggestions for group projects, and he has been a teacher for a while.
Creative and straight to the point.
he can help students regardless the studetnts' standard level is different.
He's a great communicator and relates well to his students.
Very well-informed, have clear insights on the course on the day-to-day basis.
This semester was my first semester and I was so worried if I can catch up with everyone in the class. But he was helping me to study in this class. His management class helping everyone who already runs business or doesn't rum business yet. I mean his classes can suit everyone. It was so great.
His experience as a teacher for years and his years of work and doing case studies in this field makes him a valuable teacher.
14. What changes, if any, do you suggest to the instructor?
I think that you should allow people to choose their groups.
For the two projects I would like more guidelines. Wasn't 100% sure what was expected of the first project and the 2nd project seemed just as vague of what was expected.

Feedback and evaluations.
None.
I would change the amount of time h gives us to take notes sometimes I start tacking notes and by the time I get some of the lesson he has changed the slide.
Less group work
nothing
Keep up the good work!
Quizzes were put together well. The only thing I would have liked to see is the feedback on the results after quizz was done. That would help me to see what I had correct or not, so I can learn from it.
15. How did the instructor show concern for students?
Yes, he listened to every students out put and made us feel that we were contributing to lesson and didn't put us down.
He gave us time in class to work on projects and made sure if we had any questions that he was going to answer them.
Let class know that there will be a quiz and if you miss a class, he usually allows people that haven't took the quiz to take it. And he lets the whole class know that.
he would inform us is we missed a quiz and reopen it for us.
He encouraged us, students for question and/or comments.
He was always willing to help.
Sean always test scores and made sure we all know what to study for tests. and at the end of the class he reminds us what chapter to study.
Set the groups so that there were no super strong groups and super weak groups.
he supported individual initiatives of study. so many students were engaged.ã??
He talks to every students about the progress on the project and how is everything doing and going along.
He keeps contacting with the students.
Encourage us to stay on schedule and meet deadlines. Always announce special dates ahead of time.

Yes, though I don't like so much class participation I feel like the class was designed very well for organizational behavior and targeted each lesson well with his group projects.
I would recommend him to other students because he made learning fun. The only downfall was his projects because the expectations weren't 100% clear.
