It was awesome!
Learning how to serve
I liked learning how to serve in a hands on experience, which help give me real life experience in a smaller setting that out in industy
studends should share the works on the kitchen but not only the know how studends do the work over and over, all students need to learn,be even.
I like how everything was hands on experinces. All the chefs always have the patience to teach us. Also, i like how they are always there to help guide us in the kitchen.
I liked interacting with our guests and I liked busy days because it gave us something to do.
it helped me understand the importance of the front of house in a restaurant and how servers and cooks must have complete understanding of each other.
this portion of the class is one of my favorites, so this was a very awesome class. i like the fact that we get to serve real people and hear all the great comments about us and the food.
14. Any suggestions to improve this course?
more time

I think the air conditioner should be colder.

I think the cashier station should be bigger. its in a cramped area.
