| i loved the one on one meeting where we talked about our papers. |
| By making sure assignments were turned in on time and setting up conferences for writing assignments.He is a fare and a very understanding person. I did not understand too much about Eng Literature and I really thought it was a very difficult class, but Jerry told me not to worry too much about it and to focus on making improvements. |
| Made sure each student tried their best on the essays. |
| He is available outside of class help students and encourages students to do
their best. He also gives students a chance to improve their writings. |

| Students were always on the edge to see if he was in a good mood or bad mood at the beginning of each class. |
| His insights helped me understand many readings. |
| My likes: Jerry was very knowledgeable at what he taught. He knows Eng Literature from the back of his head. Wow, He knows his stuff. Usually Eng classes are pretty boring at times but he made it very interesting and for sure i didnt fall asleep. Good Job on that.
My Dislikes: He can get a little loud at times and he comes out very strong. I think its just his personality. |

| I like about the way he helped students on their writing. He gave us time to
make corrections on our writings as well as recommended the mentor to help

| Loved the short stories. |
| Like I said he comes out pretty strong, but as you get to know him he is a very understanding person. He also has a humorous side of him, in class you get to see that, and you just get a kick out of him. He makes the class fun as well. Bottom line, he knows his stuff and what he's talking about when it comes to eng literature. |

voice is rather loud which sometimes frightens you out of wits.... |

| Yes, I would recommend Jerry Saviano to other students. I would like them to get the experience I had with him being very knowledgable and the humerous side of him. |
| Yes, if you can handle his insults. Otherwise, dont take his classes if you
can't take a joke. |
| Yes, He is good teach even though he does not look really friendly when you
first meet him. When you take his class, you'll realize his personality is
better than his looking. |

| I really enjoyed the way Jerry was knowledgable about world culture, it made his classes very vivid
and interesting. I also really liked the way he genuinely tries to help the students succeed. I've seen
a great deal of improvement in my writing from being in his class. I also really appreciated the way
he showed us how to improve our papers step by step and one to one, it made it so much more
meaningful that the corrections were individual. |
