15. How can the instructor improve the teaching of this course?

I think the course was well designed for an online course.

Keep us updated more with grades. I hated not knowing how I was doing until the last minute. Also it annoyed me that the knowledge review revision was due on a Monday and you accepted students on Wednesday. I did not do a review because that particular weekend was very busy for me. If I had known you would accept it later I would have done it! I don't see this as fair.

16. What did you find most valuable and helpful about the instructor?

Quick to respond to emails, or have the TA respond when she was unable to.

Very thorough in all explanations. I liked that you went over our quizzes after we took each one. Very helpful.

She's very open and flexible to extending assignment due dates.

Her feedback in my assignments. Helps a lot.

23. Which aspects of the course did you like the best?

The midterm was both multiple choice and short answer. While I had difficulty recalling highly specific content for the multiple choice questions, I was able to show with ease my understanding of content through the short answer questions. I feel this gave me a better chance at doing well on the exam.

I liked group work. The team teaching and individual teaching projects were very good opportunities.

24. Which aspects of the course did you like least?

Discussion. I know it needs to be done, but I find that online forums can be difficult to read and respond to. It was also difficult that at times few people had posted by midday on the day the discussion was due.
