The teacher was very passionate about the material he taught to students in class. I enjoyed his enthusiastic and humor-filled presentations. I loved taking this class!

Thank you for tasty fruits! I wish I had more semesters to take your beverage crops course! Keep up the awesome work!

I wish there was so more structure to the information presented and what specific types of information would be on the quizzes- it always seemed so random. I would pay attention specifically to some types of questions, and then it would prove useless once the quiz came around.

i enjoyed meeting new people, from different backgrounds. it was a fun and entertaining semester.

Dr. Bittenbender's enthusiasm and thorough knowledge: also his generosity. The class itself, and the students were great. Tasting was awesome. The fruits we covered were interesting and memorable. I would highly recommend this class to others.

The amounts of fruits we were able to cover in such a short time. The slides were easy to get the important facts out of and very useful to gain knowledge from.

Eating fruits after we learned about them was instrumental in my learning. I loved the deliscious fresh fruits that were brought into class. Avocadoes, rambutan, and banana were some of my favorite lectures.

Getting to taste all the wonderful fruit! Also, learning about the origin and nutrition of the fruits.

I liked that we got to try all the fruits that we covered.

Fruit tasting! And, Dr. Bittenbender is a jolly instructor inspired by his vocationa and tropical fruits!

I loved tasting different kinds of fruit I never heard of or tasted. The fruit variety was really good.

i guess the days that we learned about fruit that i dont enjoy because i couldnt eat the fruit those days

Mahalo nui loa Skip for all the tastes and all the knowledge!! For the peeling / cooking / shopping, the time out of your daily grind to find and locate each fruit we covered, and for just being an all around great Professor!

Great class, great teacher.

The effort the teacher put in is really refreshing and helpful. Hands down one of the most enjoyable classes I have ever taken and I know I will use info for later on in life to grow quality fruits. Opening up the semester with a guitar song was memerable and set the tone for what would be a great class and semester. Thanks for all the effort it really means a lot.
