Good subject knowledge.
Knowledgeable in subject area, speaks clearly, concerned about students.
i like how you explained the things and gave us another opportunitity to do better on the assignments on the business projects.
She has a lot of knowledge about the course material and know how to answer each of our questions.
Susan was prepared for any or every possible questions posed to her.
She knew much about the subject.
She is a well rounded teacher and knows alot of information. She teaches well and is very helpful

18. What changes, if any, do you suggest to the instructor?
To have a grade sheet on laulima to see how we are doing. To return the business plans sooner so we can understand what to do better.

Sample business plans, or where to find them (her idea of what was a good business plan) would have been very helpful.
Maybe writing up a better lecture for the weekly assignments. Perhaps using more PDF formats, so all students are able to access the assignments.

Suggestions would be to start discussions on a consistent day each week. This will let students know when the end of the week will be if a certain amount of posts is needed per week for a good grade. Also, a more quick response to students' concerns, like a 1-2 day turn-around, would be most helpful.
19. How did the instructor show concern for students?
Always asked how we we're doing at the beginning of each class. Listened to our questions and concerns and addressed them accordingly.

The student were able to revise there assignments to get a better grade.
She didn't seem too concerned.
She was concerned about how well all of the students proceeded with their business plans.
She made sure the class knew what to do on assignments.
She is always there for you if you need to talk.

She always returned emails with answers to questions, and gave opportunites for attaining the best scores possible- provided we put in the time and work
The instructor provides very useful feedback for the papers, and tries very hard to alleviate students' confusions.
20. Would you recommend this instructor to students? Why or why not?
Yes. Knowledgeable, friendly and fair.

Yes. She is very knowledgeable and listens to what the students have to say.
I would not recommend this instructor to other students because I'm sorry I took this class, I feel like it was a waste of my time, and money, and energy like I have learned absolutely nothing from it.

22. What else would you like to say about this instructor?
I learned stuff in this class.
The class always seemed really bored and unhappy to be there, maybe try and make your future classes more exciting!
She is soft spoken yet can be very blunt-- which is great.
She did not always get assignments or grades back to students on time; however, if you turned in an assignment early, she would let you revise it to get a better grade. It was a relaxed environment, and I learned about how much is really involved in starting a business.

I thought the class was interesting but it did not seem that the instructor put a lot of effort into this class.
Great experience. Professor made a class- that I was frustrated with being required to take at first- interest, fun and worth while!
