Mike Nassir is the best instructor that I have experienced since coming to the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Given his thorough knowledge of physics and astronomy, he presented a challenging laboratory format. Using audio, visual, kinesthetic, and technological formats easily and interchangeably, Mike created a educational environment where I learned first-hand about the various stars, constellations and galaxies. He genuinely wanted students to understand, appreciate and enjoy astronomy just as he did.
