16. What are the instructor's major strengths as a teacher?

Professor Uemoto was very helpful teacher and concern about students. Personable and knowledgeable about the subject matter. he is a very nice person. He knew a lot about photography and the dark room. Very helpful personality and knowledge Being able to give advice when needed and also being albe to instruct and listen. Knows the material he is teaching. The teacher displayed much experience in the subject matter, and always had new techniques to help with students' work. He knows his subject well, and is a fun teacher.

18. What changes, if any, do you suggest to the instructor?

N/A Give more time to work on projects. If not, don't be so critical on grading. Have more structure on assignments and more in class critics. he should plan the course better, and be more strict about dues. Dont come late. Just about every class he was late at least 10 minutes then had to set up the darkroom which made us late to work in the darkroom. None nothiing at all Speak more clearly, he seemed to drift off in mid-sentence as if to have lost concentration, which in turn made the students pay less attention.

19. How did the instructor show concern for students?

Gave me full of details for every assignments. He helped us alot in the dark room. Answered our questions to the best of his ability. Gave his advice. making himself available for students, even after class. showing diffrent alternatives for something or giving examples Encouraged students to complete assignments and even extended assignment deadlines when necessary.

20. Would you recommend this instructor to students? Why or why not?

I would definitely recommend Professor to student because he is very helpful instructor and easy to get along. yes, if you just want to have fun taking photography. no, if you want to be majoring in Art. Yes. yes, knowledgeable Yes i would because the instructor teaches really well I would only recommend this teacher if you are highly attentive and receptive, his lectures were very unclear and when asked to elaborate, might as well have repeated the same unclear description. This teacher is very understanding and informative. He is perfect for a beginner in photography. I would, he is very knowledgable and helpful.

He was very kind to me thorough this semester. I was able to enjoy this class because he was the professor. I would recommend professor Uemoto to anybody. sorry thank you He was very nice and helpful. Down to earth and real. great teacher N/A Great interesting teacher.
