This was a good course. After my experience with Math 111 and 112 I was nervous about this course but I like how he challenges us to think about the question rather than give us the answers. I also liked that he introduced culture in many of his lessons.
that we got to learn about different cultures that are here in Hawaii which is great. We were able to understand those students from their point of view.
I thought this class was really great. Sandy made this class fun through many math ways and yet it broaden my mind to how I could put math into the classroom in a fun and not just a desk learning way. He also taught me so many ways to do math problems that I never saw possible. I am glad for him and this class!
