6. Which aspects of the course were most valuable?
she is great teacher
The slideshow.
I liked linking real examples with students' presentations that we learned about in class beforehard. It helped me understand and apply the concepts better. Also, I enoyed learning both sides of the arguments of globalization for the writing assignments.
Creating the individual project, the research, and the presentation
Having each student present on a trade topic was unique.
The course was designed in way that students can proactively learn from one another and engage in discussions about current issues related to trade and globalization.
lectures of her with the powerpoint presentation
The writing assignments helped me grasp the concepts taught in the course. The student presentations where also very interesting.
lectures and books
Most valuable to me were: class dialogues, discussions, film clips/video clips, and I enjoyed the presentations.
Lectures. Student Interaction. Material used such as books were interesting to read.
7. Which aspects of the course were least valuable?
Nice teacher but a little a bit too long term devorted students' presentation.
reading Bhagwati
The small writing assignments were of no use to me.
I though everything was needed for a deeper understanding of the concepts and topics discussed in class
it was intresting to have different powerpoint but it was just a little bit too many
Powerpoint presentations were un-useful and took up a lot of the time. Readings were hard to understand.

17. Other comments:
Really liked the textbooks assigned to us. Both sides of the argument had legitimate stances. Only Bhagwati's was a bit difficult to read because of writing style. Enjoyed watching other students' presentations.
Went through some of the slide really fast, which sometimes resulted in me not quite understanding the materials. On top of that, we didn't realy have a textbook that went with the slideshow which made it hard to understnad the concept.
I would have made the Spring class a writing intensive class because both the Fall 2009 and Fall 2010 classes are WI.
A gem of a professor. The most approachable and open minded professor I ever met in the Economics Department.
I really enjoyed this class. The instructor was very knowledgeable and approachable.
I liked the lectures and thought the books were very interesting.
bad course structure. the individual projects took up over half of the semester and were a waste of time.
