a. In working in the different stations-assign people to specific tasks and make rotations so that everyone has a chance to perform different assessment tasks

i wouldnt really change anything, because i found that this class was really helpful and it taught me alot.
20. What do you think of the teacher and his/her teaching methods?
The instructor has been teaching for so long (no offense) that he has had time to perfect his teaching skills that his methods are very effective.

I think that the teacher and his methods are helpful and are understandable in learning what we are doing.
He's a very chanllenging in instructor that pushes myself and fellow students to our limits
there teaching method was effective and helped me learn and figure out what i needed in the kitchen
its very olden style. but it does get the point across.

it's kind of intersting for me because,i could study about food in the different view,America.
Yes the teacher has because what we learn in the classroom is what we will be able to aply to a job because we are put in that situation.
