Fair amount of work This is my first class that I've taken online with Professor Higa. He is a good instructor both in and outside the classroom. I'm glad that although this is an online course, he is accessible and readily available for help any time I need to write to him. He responds on a timely basis. I would recommend Mr. Higa to my friends in the future if they endeavor to take business classes that Mr. Higa may be instructing. Bus 120 should be also offered in class, not just online.

awesome instructor This class was good, and really useful in the working environment. It taught us the proper way to deal with customers. this class has really helped me and my work performance. I've been able to change a lot of the habits that i've caught during taking this class. I also enjoyed doing the role playing it was very fun and you can really see the flaws with the other students when they make a mistake. thank you mr.higa I learned a lot things from Professor Higa and the classmates. I really enjoyed learning this course. Anyone entering the work force should be REQUIRED to take his class. A lot of questions but it is a fair amount of work Would like to have more interaction with the instructor as well as doing the activities in the book. Although the course is simple, the subject matter helps in all aspects of life. I particularly liked the chapters on verbal and nonverbal communication. N/A This class helped me learn more about how to treat customers right and give them what they expect.
