She knew how to play and reached out to the students on their own level.

Mrs. Aamodt is a patient teacher with a great sense of humor. She is very effective when teaching piano and can make even the greenest of beginners feel comfortable.

19. How did the instructor show concern for students?

She would find some way to help the student.

by listening to them and giving advice

Whenever we needed help or it seemed as if we are struggling she's always there to help us. Call button feature on each piano is very helpful as well so that whenever we press it she can talk to us and help us individually over the mic.

When I couldn't understand how to play, she noticed to me and taught me soon. She always pays careful attention to students.

She give us one on one time and helps us with anything we need help with.

Mrs. Aamodt would sit with any student that was having trouble on their musical piece and help them step by step to play beautifully.

She would help us until we get how we are suppose to play.

yes because she is very nice and she teaches very well. first day of class, i knew nothing about piano. when this semester is over, i knew how to read notes as well as other things about the piano/music.

I believe it is yes. The teacher's instructing ways, did not apply well for me. But, it helped many of the students in class.

She helped me to understand music in a way that was easy to learn. I learned a lot from her.

She has a lot of experience being a teacher and a musician.

Good knowledge of material, knows whats up in the music department.

She was very friendly to all students. And she always took care of her students. She answered my questions quickly.

She encouraged everyone in class to get involved.

The teacher was always prepared for class and explained assignments thoroughly.

The instructor has and great attitude that goes along with her teaching. She has the ability to make students feel comfortable and to participate in learning.

She always asked us why we didnt turn in our assignments. Tried to help us or sometimes even extending the due date so that we would have enough time to do the assignments.

She would e-mail us if we start to fall behind, Also we knew our grade at all times via turnitin.com

Extended deadlines, not getting mad when people did not show up to class.

She listened to everyone's opinions and answered any questions we had.

The instructor asked students if they needed help on assignments.

She carefully goes over the material for understanding and tends to give students a hands on experience. She makes sure you are given all the materials to understand the work.

Yes. She was a teacher that explained things easily for anyone to understand. If we didnt understand then she would help us to understand it.

Great instructor. Makes class fun and educational. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone interested in music and children. I'd give Rucci a 10 out of 10.
