23. Which things, if any, do you think your instructor did especially well?

I liked that he was well organized in the syllabus and homework. Classes were also exciting, not boring.

Dr. Boritzer did an excellent job with getting the students to participate in class discussions. He was also good at explaining different management concepts. He used a lot of examples and made it easy for the students to understand complex ideas.

He's a good instructor.

Overall, Dr. Boritzer was a great teacher. I would recommend his class to anyone who wants to learn about management.

He shows concern for the students by making sure they understand what he is going over. He did this by asking the students questions and allowing them to give their opinions or ideas. He encouraged student participation and answered any questions we had about the subject. He would also give us feedback on our assignments and remind us about our assignments and exams.

He cares a lot about the student's progress.

24. How can the instructor improve the teaching of this course?

It would be nice to receive more constructive feedback on my assignments. I want to know exactly why I received the grade that I did. It's hard to say anything about his teaching since it was an online course but his assignments did reflect the required reading.

This is an online course and could use more instructor interaction with students. Confusion regarding weekly assignments are not unusual and assignments are not always graded in a timely manner. More feedback is necessary for students to determine whether they are learning the material or need improvement.

Good but I only had contact with him through email and through Laulima since this was an online course.

The instructor clearly enjoys teaching the course but could make more effort to connect with students, give more direction, etc.

The instructor should the coerce schedule along with the syllabus, he always changed scheduled. I was very confused about that.

It's a great course. I like the way that the course is organized. I would like to have my assignments graded in a more timely manner.

Good course, educated professor, but could use better communication skills.

Another enjoyable class. It expands upon the leadership skills that I learned in the military. It also identified opportunities for improvement that I was unaware of.

Good course.

I thought the class was very informative. Schein's book is very hard to read. It is a good book but takes a few read overs to get where he is going. Many of the topics I could see happening in real life or hypothetically at my work place.
