7. Which aspects of the course were most valuable?
Video clips about globalization and global markets (Christmas in China, Mardi Gras Made in China, etc), advertisement examples (print ads, short videos), and cultural features (satellite TV in Bhutan, Chinese rappers). Also enjoyed the class discussion format.
Real world examples. Class discussions that use student marketing experiences to elaborate on class material.
The most valuable aspects of the course were the in class lectures and materials.
Class discussions, and media material which supplemented the readings and gave real life examples of global marketing
Really encouraged class participation. The integration of videos and demonstrations made the class very interesting.

Heavy emphasis on globalization while still understanding local values and cultures. Enjoyed the class discussion format and video media clips.

Overall, a very good class. Heavy emphasis on Asian markets, perhaps a little more focus on other global markets. Integration of video media examples was very helpful in understanding globalization and cultural differences in interpreting advertisements.
