7. What did you find most valuable and helpful about the course?
The way the class was set up was very effective. Dr. Wallace extremely clear with his expectations, assignments, and objectives. He provided a course packet that had all assignment details and due dates listed. I found this very helpful because everything was in one place so I didn't have to spend time searching for anything. The course website was easy to use and supported class collaboration very well. I especially liked how the focus of the class was directed towards class collaboration, which prompted in depth discussions about coursework. Dr. Wallace regularly communicated and guided us in our discussions to give us more insight and understanding. He always was good about providing constructive feedback as well.
On going team talks, and summarized reflections of class discussions.
good design overall. almost always effective writing prompts.
Wallace was extremely consistent with communicating material and expectations of the class! Actually one of the best professors I have ever had! His constant reflections of our cohorts work has increased our future success as teachers in Hawaii!
Self reflection.
Consistent feedback by the Professor to help us improve on a weekly basis. His communication to us as students was outstanding, always knew what was expected.
8. What did you find least valuable and helpful about the course?
I would have liked it if all of the questions pertained to the weekly reading. I felt like some could be answered without learning any prior knowledge. They were good questions to think about, but I would have liked them to be more tied with the readings so that it would force me to think more critically about what we had just learned.
Lack of specifics towards grading. Sometimes it was acceptable to have work turned by Wed., other days it wasn't. It would've been nice to have a set deadline that included a grace periods with standard deductions per day throughout the allotted grace period. I understand responses should be subjective in grading but I do not feel submission times should be if it is turned in before the due date.
schedule crowding with edep 631. this material is too good to rush.
Everything seemed to be extremely relevant and manageable!
The intro week then a break. Would have been better to have it all together.

14. My overall evaluation of this instructor is....
He was great! I would definitely recommend him as an instructor. He provided very positive and constructive feedback that you could do something with. He did a great job developing healthy relationships with his students, which is pretty impressive since this is an online course. In doing so, he encouraged us to work at our highest level. Thank you Dr. Wallace!

19. My overall evaluation of this course is...
The class was stimulating. I like hearing what my peers have to say about a subject rather than just listening to your professors ideas. The way the course was set up was ideal, I wish more courses were like this.
4/5
Great course.
I enjoyed this course very much. I learned a lot and the way it was set up allowed for us to gain insight from the others in our cohort and to provide and receive feedback.

Let's be honest; the material in ITE440 was great, but there was some dead air in there... I think it could be a quarter long and I think Dr. Moniz should do a little old fashioned lecturing on the context we're working in here. Understanding the mid-altern identity is great! Then we should start EdEF610 mid semester so that both of these overlap with Dr. Lopez's survey course and then then 610 goes on to hand a baton to EDEP631 in June. Having two 600 level courses running at once on accelerated schedules shortchanges the material. Also, COE and maybe Advising should have their own bars in Laulima so that it feels like a cohesive virtual campus. This material and overall pace are pretty rich and I think you guys could set up a little more hand-holding and provide a little more of an orientation. This might free up a little more precious time for course work instead of what sometimes feels like preparatory work on a somewhat scattered platform/collection of platforms. COE should supply it's own email network so that we don't have to get junk mail from activities like yoga in Manoa. What about a virtual meeting space where we could hang out as avatars? K-den, Mahalo!

7. What did you find most valuable and helpful about the course?
Ning set up really facilitated a classroom community. Provided good opportunity to engage in deep discussions and smaller group size helped as well.
Doctor Wallace was astounding as both a scholar and educator. He not only was vastly familiar with the material, he had a way of getting us to discuss particularly volatile issues in an environment that was productive. It certainly enlightened me in areas that I thought I had figured out.
being able to share openly my thoughts and feelings about teaching and to receive input from my peers in a non threatening, non jugemental environment.
The creation of a teaching philosophy was extremely helpful. The structure of the assignment allowed me to produce a precise and personal account of my goals as a teacher. I now have a better idea of my purpose as an educator and the type of teacher I would like to be.
The discussions. Professor did a good job of blending interesting, challenging, and useful topics for our discussion. Throughout, I learned and was challenged on my beliefs, but this helped to solidify my position on some topics and question it on others.
Good selection of readings.
The readings were well-chosen and were just the right length. The discussions with cohort members were very enlightening.
I really enjoyed all the readings Wallace chose for the class. I also REALLY enjoyed using Ning for our discussions. I think the Ning format and Wallace's discussion format fit our classes needs perfectly! Furthermore, the prompt and positive feedback Wallace gave us was really motivating and helped me know that I was on the right track and understanding what he wanted us to learn.
The social networking with the extended dialogue was really neat. I also really appreciated a teacher who is a grammar stickler - as teachers we should all be more grammatically exact.
I was apprehensive about Ning at first but found that I really liked its layout. I think it is more efficient than laulima. I appreciated the fact that there were no elluminate sessions, though I would not have minded meeting online.
I found the organized presentation of the course, as well as the use of the social networking site, Ning, to be the most valuable aspects of the course. The calendar and and the strict adherence to it were also great. I never had to try and figure out when things were due, and wasn't surprised by overlooked assignments. So, the organization and format of the class were the most valuable and helpful aspects.
the community feeling that developed among classmates
The material Wallace presented was extremely insightful. Wallace is a great teacher! I felt that he really cared about my success in his class, and his encouragement was very motivating for me. His feedback on my teaching philosophy paper is invaluable! Awesome class by an awesome teacher!
8. What did you find least valuable and helpful about the course?
n/a
I would have like to have had Elluminate sessions in his course, where we could discuss some of our ideas in a face-to-face way. We had just the one session at the beginning of the course. At the least, I would like for him to resolve to do one more at the end of the course.
nothing
The criteria for grading the FDG was not as directed. I was told what needed to be done to get full credit by a deadline but was penalized points if I didn't do it ahead of time or if it was completed on the day of the deadline.
The teacher's philosophy. I thought we spend too much time on it. I say this because we've had to do cover teacher's philosophies in other classes, so I feel we've been through it already. Although, I did have my positions as a future teacher challenged, I didn't feel it changed my character and my philosophy towards teaching, rather it strengthen it!
No suggestions for changes--it was an excellent course.
I got nothing bad to say
I don't think the entire summer format is as effective as fall and spring terms. Having courses shoehorned into six week sessions deprives everyone of the full experience.
Nothing, really...
staring at the computer screen
Only thing I would suggest to have a closing elluminate session as a "wrap up." Everything else was great!

14. My overall evaluation of this instructor is....
Great instructor, amenable and accomodating. Good facilitater of class discussions and asked us meaningful questions to get discussion going.
an excellent mentor and educator. I like the fact that he was almost ALWAYS online...if we had questions, we could always count on getting a response right away.
he was a great professor. i really liked the way he encouraged us to just put it all out on the table. i felt i could be completely honest with him and he gave immediate and professional feedback to me with every assignment.
Very professional, prompt and proactive. Responses to emails were quick, resources were available should questions arise, and feedback on assignments were personalized and thorough.
Very thorough and well organized. Also, I felt very comfortable being able to communicate with him. There's a friendliness and positive vibe that he emits that I appreciated.
Exceptionally well organized and responsive.
Very conscientious, knowledgeable, encouraging and approachable instructor. I wish we could have more courses from this instructor.
Wallace is awesome! I really like how he taught the class and how he made me feel like an asset to the class rather than just a student in the class! I feel that he taught me more than the philosophy of ed, he taught me techniques of motivation to use in my class.
excellent!
I found the professor to be very professional and organized, yet affable and encouraging.
I truly enjoyed having Wallace as a teacher. He actually was more of a facilitator in that he got the discussions going and provided feedback and extra information as needed. He always was positive in his critiques and incredibly organized and fastidious in his written communications. He knows his material and was able to condense it into a 6 week course that was challenging yet not overwhelming. It's obvious that Wallace really wanted us to get to know ourselves better so that we can bring a strong sense of identity into the classrooms we are preparing to teach, which is something that no other class has really focused on.
very knowledgeable and caring instructor
Wallace is a great teacher! He asked thought provoking questions in our class forums and regularly read and commented on my posts. That's what I liked most! Wallace also carefully read my teaching philosophy and gave me insightful feedback. The teaching philosophy paper is a very important document and I'm so thankful we tackled this document in this class. Wallace is very encouraging and has a positive mental attitude. He is an awesome person and a wonderful teacher!

19. My overall evaluation of this course is...
Maika'i no! This class represented a very critical element of the teaching profession-- our inner feelings, philosophies and beliefs about ourselves and the situations we will encounter in the profession. I am glad I had this opportunity to discuss these kinds of things with my classmates (in smaller groups) and Ning really was important in facilitating this.
far exceeding the normal standard of excellence for UH Manoa. I would gladly take another class with Dr. Wallace, and would hope he might consider teaching other sections. Thank you for this great experience.
I really enjoyed it, although I am not a "theory" oriented person. I am more of a task oriented person, and don't like to dwell on philosophy. It seems like a lot of opinions to me. I just like to do what works. Nevertheless, I appreciated learning about the foundations of education in America, as it gives me a clue as to why our school systems are set up the way they are, and how our education system has evolved.
Interesting material. I do feel that I learned something, but it was certainly not as challenging as would expect for a graduate level course.
A very enthusiastic 2 thumbs up! For an intensive 3 credit summer course, it was perfect in terms of content, structure (very well-organized), amount of reading and work required, and amount of exchange with other students. Many thanks, Wallace, for a great academic experience.
beneficial to our program!
Great! Not too hard, but engaging.
I enjoyed this course, I found the material interesting and relevant, I enjoyed the professor, and I liked using Ning as our site.
Positive. It was a challenging course that got me thinking about what kind of teacher i want to be and gave me a good overview of the progression of education in the U.S. It was also really nice to have a break from Laulima, as well as explore a new social networking site. Probably my favorite class so far...
very helpful. i took away important strategies and concepts to use in the classroom. i just had some trouble with so much time spent in front of the computer.
I think this course is very relevant to someone going into a teaching career. Great course with the right amount of workload for a 6 week summer class.

6. What did you find most valuable and helpful about the course?
Using a new online tool was VERY helpful. Ning was a new social network for me and it was a great opportunity to learn a new online forum that I can use with my students.
Class discussions and overall teaching by Wallace.
I enjoyed the reading and the group discussion forums.
The Instructor included a social networking site which added a lot of interpersonal skill strengthening and collaboration practice! The Instructor spent a great deal of time facilitating our team efforts. The Instructor also spent a great deal of time reading our responses and synthesizing the salient points. This was a big help because all teams could now benefit from the small group discussions. The assignments that the Instructor gave were very useful and enlightening. The assignments helped me grow as a future educator and to fully experience what it means to go through the peer review process, collaboration and team building exercizes, and colleague appreciation.
I liked that we followed the same format every week, so it was clear what to do. Reading, discussion, response.
Wallace is an effective instructor. He is well organized and an excellent communicator. He is very personable and caring. He gives each student feedback quickly and effectively. All students were able to create their own website and tell everyone a little bit about themselves. Course readings, assignment worksheets, course help were easily accessible and easy to find. I didn't have to click between options and menus which wastes time and creates confusion and frustration. I am so glad that he decided to use Ning instead of Laulima. Even though I was miles apart and 6 hours ahead of everybody, I felt very connected and could participate fully because I wasn't constricted by time zone differences in my participation.
Great content. Great instructor.
I liked the readings on the History of Education, the Philosophy of Education and the Social and Cultural Foundations of Education. The group discussions were informative and gave a broad perspective of the issues and the different ways people relate to different teaching strategies. I liked the Ning site. It was simple to d fun to use. The structure of the course was well designed and the instructor was easy to understand. The instructor was also friendly and very helpful. He was incredibly prompt with answering questions and provided clear insights and comments to all work. The computer is actually a highly effective tool for teaching and learning, it appeared as if all of the students involved were highly engaged with the curriculum. The course material was relevant and challenging.
The instructor's example was the most valuable experience. He was very active in the course and cared for all of his students doing their work. By doing the work, I learned alot about educational foundations.
clear instructions and expectations
consistent and realistic expectations especially for due dates, course material organization/volumn, updates and positive reminders with much needed guidance
The professor was very understanding of situations arising outside of the classroom. He was very willing to work with me regarding deadlines.
The professor was good about communicating his expectations and provided students with ways that they can improve their grade. Because it was online, the professor personally emailed students if they were inactive for a certain amount of time.
Well structured Allowed for discussion amongst peers
The deeper exploration of the history of education and the roots of educational theories and philosophies. I will most definitely use the knowledge gained in this course during my teaching career.
Wallace Napier has a very well organized course, he is an excellent communicator and always very helpful. I found the content very relevant and enlightening, I know it will help me be a better teacher.
The instructor was extremely oranized which made learning easy. I have participated in 4 online courses now, and it can be daunting if the teacher is unorganized. I have never felt overwhelmed. He has been helpful in his quick responses to questions. He tried to make it as personal and class like as possible with daily interaction between students. I enjoyed the social network used in this class.
The subject matter was appropriate and rigorous.
This course was well organized, objectives were clear and the content was relevant.
The reading for our class were excellent! They really kept me engaged and enabled me to process unconscious views I held about different aspects of the teaching profession.
Making questions for teammates were challenging but I think it was a good exercise to become a critical thinker. Having the conversation with teammates, helped me to review the reading content and understand it more deeply.
the instructors feedback
I really enjoyed the social networking form of the course. Ning is a great tool to use. Professor Napier is a fantastic teacher and person! He takes so much time to make sure we understand the material and ALWAYS gives in depth feedback. The readings were extremely interesting and enjoyable. The organization of this course was great as well.
The instructor obviously takes a lot of time organizing and creating an easy-to-understand class structure. I especially appreciated the social network aspect of the class. After a week, the class seemed very natural. Also, assignments were setup in a way so that we knew what to expect and what was expected of us. This type of organization made participating much easier. For a comparison, my other summer course just sucks - totally disorganized where I feel like I'm doing just as much work orienting myself every week as I do trying to do assignments. Also, feedback - wow, the instructor cares about what the heck we're writing about. This is a big bonus.
All expectations and due dates were well explained. I wasn't left feeling confused about what I had to do or how I was supposed to accomplish it. Everything was layed out clearly by the instructor.
Instructor has clear, well organized objectives and communicates well with students.
I found reevaluating my teaching philosophy, reflecting on my craft, and making necessary changes to my philosophy one of the most helpful aspects about the course. I also found exploring the idea of the inner teacher, the spirit and well being of a teacher is more important than teaching techniques, to be most valuable, refreshing, and enlightening.
The instructor's positive attitude helped set the tone for what has been a very productive and enjoyable class. His constant, informative and prompt feedback on all assignments was greatly appreciated. The course was exceptionally well structured and the use of Ning as the platform was highly successful in that our instructor was able to facilitate a real sense of connection and active participation within our learning community, which is no easy task for an online course. The content was relevant and engaging, the resources were varied, the assignments were thought provoking and the workload was balanced in the sense that it was challenging without being overwhelming. I wish all of our instructors were are capable and well suited to teaching in an online forum as Mr. Napier
The structure was extremely easy to follow. The flow using Ning was great. Because of the venue we were using to participate in discussions, it often felt more social and fun as opposed to that junk feeling you get when you have to do homework. Much more user friendly than Laulima!
Reflection on personal teaching philosophy.
7. What did you find least valuable and helpful about the course?
There was too much organization which lead to confusion. What may work in a face-to-face course may not in an online program.
The weekly blog didn't serve me well.
Nothing, great class
n/a
The readings could be more applicability-oriented and less theoretical.
Most of the other members in my group always responded at the last minute or after the deadline, so I didn't get a chance to interact with them as much. I also wish we had some live discussions.
I found everything valuable.
I found everything valuable and helpfull
The course material was interesting, the group discussions shed new light on the amazing resources of my fellow students. There was no aspect of the course that I did not appreciate. I enjoyed the course and I feel I have grown as a teacher as a result of this study.
The lag on Ning was barely tolerable. However, overall Ning was nice.
Having to learn to use Ning and the work load got in the way of learning at times.
at first the site was foreign but it was actually set up with great organization that helped me navigate and locate very consistently and easily, the inability to for attachments with system email
Some of the discussions were not very related to the required readings for the week. A student could complete the discussion requirements without reading the material.
It seemed intense at first and was a little challenging to grasp how the online structure worked. However, the instructor helped each student to make sure we were all on the same page.
At first the protocol of the course seemed confusing but once I got the hang of it, it was okay.
The weekly blog. I felt like the reflection postings and discussions covered what the blog covered. I guess it was a good way to sum up what I learned each week, but I had a hard time understanding the exact purpose other than to explain or wrap up the topic.
Evaluating my peers philosophy essays. I was not comfortable doing this and was extremely frustrated with the lack of organization and construct in their papers.
The idea of embedding a question was least valuable. I understand the instructor was trying to get us to dialogue with each other, but it just made the act of forming thoughts more cumbersome. Also the initial questions we are asked to answer didn't lend themselves to further questioning. THey seemed to have simple answers. Initial questions were deeper more probing and instead of embedding we "responded" to a classmates posting all would be right with the world.
I am finding this entire experience valuable and helpful.
Three elluminate sessions would have been good - just to hear each others voices. No more than three though, otherwise the class would lose its flexibility factor
At times it feels overwhelming with all of the stuff that needs to be done.
Some assignments duplicate material in other cohort courses

I understand the importance of self reflection in the learning process, however, I did not find the weekly reflection blog to be as productive an assignment as was intended.
A pre-warning about the amount of material you have to print for the readings would have been good. While I enjoyed not having to go out and buy a book, I would have liked to know that we would have to find somewhere to print the material because the amount was a little too bulky for my home computer/printer.

13. My overall evaluation of this instructor is....
The nature of the course makes it difficult to say. Would I recommend this course to anyone? Probably not. Would I discourage? No, it was just alright.
Wallace was extremely supportive and consistently available. He emailed comments and replied to emails immediately, that very same day. I was very impressed with his ability to always meet deadlines and follow through with prior commitments.
Great, top notch.
He's a great teacher. Well prepared and knowledgeable in his field.
Excellent! The Instructor was innovative, insightful, supportive, gave feedback that was very detailed, specific, and helpful. The Instructor also went the extra mile to add to the course curriculum some very useful tools and strategies that were not included in the original course outline!
While I understand he wanted to use a different platform for the class, I wish he could have used Laulima because it takes too much effort to learn a new platform for every class.
Wallace is an expert at online instruction and teaching reflective process. I gained so much from participation. He isn't just telling us how to be a caring and reflective instructor. He is involving us in the learning process. He creates a fun learning environment. He is very respectful towards each student and requires the same action from us. I feel very privileged to have been able to be in his class.
Excellent
Excellent. The instructor added valuable insights to all discussions. He was very encouraging and tolerant of simple mistakes. The instructor was organized, and always prepared for the next module. I was amazed at how quickly the instructor always responded to me. I thought he never left the computer. He is a fine instructor and I am glad to have taken this class!
I think the instructor was very good.
Good Instructor. Perhaps needs to tone it down more for summer course.
high functioning and considerate of students
Great course! Enjoyed the Ning format.
He was a great instructor to have!
Instructor was extremely organized, knew the material, knew his students, returned assignments quickly with meaningful comments, and was flexible.
Wallace obviously cares about the class he is teaching. As a professor he was knowledgeable, prepared and organized. I greatly appreciate these qualities in an instructor!
Excellent!
Wallace is great
Excellent. Knoweledgeable, effective, and caring are the standards of a good teacher. Wallace Napier was all of these.
Fabulous online course, well prepared and caring instructor.
He gave us much space as students to explore our own view points and feels about the material. Part of me would have liked to hear more of his insight about the reading, but I realize that wasn't the point of the course, to hear from him, it for us to form a foundation.
Wallace has delivered the most organized class. He was concerned that students not become overwhelmed so he provided class materials way before the class started. It was very helpful. His directions were always clear. He responded to questions unexpectedly fast. He was a great instructor. I wish I could take his face to face class.
this instructor is outstanding
I would recommend that everyone take a class with Professor Napier. He is a wonderful, knowledgeable, and interesting instructor.
Awesome. Would take any class this instructor teaches.
good, organized and easy to talk to.
Instructor is very knowledgeable and helpful.
Incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, caring, effective, fair, critical, and thoughtful. He has a way of making on on-line course seem very up close and personal. This is the first on-line course in the program so far that has made me feel this way. I believe one reason why is because he constantly responded in very thoughtful ways and very specific to me and my person. He was very sensitive and he had an amazing way of making me see things from a different perspective without making me feel "wrong." This changed many of my previous perspectives and prompted me into deeper, rich reflection.
Mr. Napier is a gem of an educator and a model teacher, adept at facilitating productive collaboration and fostering supportive online learning communities. I feel fortunate to have had Mr. Napier as an instructor
EXCELLENT!!! This is the best class I've taken so far in the PBCSE program. It was obvious that the instructor thoroughly read all our material and it felt like as a class we were able to cover the concepts in depth. Other courses simply felt like busy work where we would get little to no responses on assignments. This was much more effective and the teacher was able to facilitate some excellent discussions.
One of the very best teachers I've had.

18. My overall evaluation of this course is...
Foundations of education is vital to a prospective teacher and for this subject matter, I would recommend this course.
I was nervous at the start of the course that I would not be able to meet the course requirements, but Wallace was very supportive and encouraging. I wouldn't have been able to succeed without his support.
A Keeper
Great course. I learned a lot of new ideas, concepts, and theories. Some of the material reinforced what i learned in ITE 401 and ITE 440.
Excellent!
I think Wallace did a good job using technology to teach a distance class.
I consider this an effective and memorable online course. I will never forget what I learned. I am miles apart from home trying to help out my 85 yr old mother and father while participating in this course. Wallace is an excellent facilitator because of his brilliant communication, organization, and caring attitude. He makes learning personal and enjoyable.
Excellent
Excellent! The course challenged me as a writer and a thinker. With the material condensed into seven weeks, there was a constant stream of work. Somehow, things flowed along, students improved in their abilities to express their thoughts, and to work together in cooperative groupings. Communication skills were practiced and refined.
I thought the course was well organized.
very well organized and orchestrated
Great!!
This course was enjoyable. The discussions provided (and required) a lot of time to share our opinions with the instructor and our other classmates. It also allowed us to gain feedback from our classmates.
Excellent course - well organized, meaningful, great instructor. I feel like some of the information is repetitive amongst the education classes, but the instructor found ways to "add a twist" to said material.
Good course. Learned a lot about the foundations of education. Very reliant on writing to demonstrate understanding of content which can be a disadvantage for students who don't excel at writing. Maybe add another way to express understanding of content instead of only writing responses? Students can create powerpoint presentations, pdf's, podcasts and youtube videos to demonstrate learning as well.
Excellent.
Thumbs up. I learned a lot about the history of education that I did not know prior. It also helped me put into perspective how I practice teaching in my classroom.
Well organized, great prompts for our writing.
Helpful and relevant as a teacher preparation course.
All in all it was a great format. The FGD's were annoying at first, but I quickly grew to love them. THe numbers of readings and assignments were also a good amount.
I really enjoyed this class. It was only a 7 week course but it was condensed and introduced us to valuable teaching strategies and principle. I obtained a lot of knowledge about teaching.
good
This has been one of my favorite online courses so far, and I've taken quite a few. Great content, great instructor, and great cohort. A thoroughly enjoyable and beneficial experience.
I wish my other classes were organized like this one - I probably wouldn't be struggling.
Good, but like I said earlier it can be overwhelming at times.
A wonderful experience
This was, so far, the best course in the program. It did not seemed rushed and so filled with content that it was impossible to take it all in. People need time to absorb and think to learn. This class allowed for enough time to read, absorb, think, respond, reflect, engage with others, and complete projects. The structure, clarity, timing, materials, were excellent. The choice of using Ning as the social network place was very effective. It has inspired me to use Ning next year in my classroom.
A perfect 10! Top notch! Excellent! A tough act to follow!
Loved it. I would not hesitate to take another course from this instructor.
Outstanding - well organized.
19. Other comments:
No doubt, I believe Wallace is an excellent instructor in person. Communication somehow gets tangled through what seems like a scavenger hunt. instructions and changes are posted everywhere and we must keep up with them often. For online courses I believe VERY LITTLE changes should occur throughout the course so everyone is on the same page. The content should be the focus not "what is due? when? how? to who?"
Wonderful learning opportunity. Wallace taught me a lot about being a compassionate, nurturing instructor and supporting your students all the way through till the end.
Give the Instructor a raise!
Many of the topics brought up in this class were brought up in previous classes. I wish there was a way to build on previous assignments instead of treating each class as a separate identity.
high recommendations!!! mahalo!!!
Using Elluminate for a few meetings would have been helpful in providing a forum for students to discuss readings and the teacher to converse about topics from class, or adding more video content for the audio/visual learners.
More courses like this!
Wallace worked very hard to make us comfortable with his class, and was a great facilitator in the learning process. I have nothing but good things to say about this instructor.
None
Quality over quantity--this is this course in a nutshell. Knowledgeable, Caring, and Effective is Wallace in a nutshell.
I sincerely hope to have more opportunities to work with this instructor and others of his caliber.
