| Professor Jiao demonstrated that he possessed a deep and complete
understanding of the material covered in this course. He was also able to
effectively teach his students what he promised and much more. He has a
pleasant aura that makes him easy to listen to as well as approach for
discussion. |

| The weekly reading assignments with the journal. The journal being the most influencial aspect. It made the reading essential. Dr. Jiao knowledge and organized teaching method are very helpful on a topic as large as China. |
