25. Which things, if any, do you think your instructor did especially well?
She is very upbeat, positive, funny, and smart. She explains everything as thoroughly as she needs and always walks us through it when people have questions. If someone approaches her about a question outside of class and she thinks others may have the same problem, she takes class time to explain it.
She kept the course on track and had it clearly outlined in the syllabus. She was very "matter of fact" and always prepared for class and never wasted any time.

knows a lot about her subject and is able to well inform us about any questions or problems we have. she helps her students understand the material if we do not understand.
I thought she did nothing well. Starting the last 4 weeks of the semester she started to stop administering quizzes and just started giving everyone who was in the class that had signed in for the day 100%. It just seems strange that she would change things around so close to the end of the semester.
Had a nice disposition and joked in class.
I felt that Robyn Klein knew her subject matter very well. This fact I am sure made it easier for her to be an effective instructor for this course. I also feel that Robyn was very helpful when it came to having to meet with her outside of class. Her office hours were convenient and she assisted me a few times when I needed it.
Robyn is a really good teacher, but she does need to learn how to incorporate her teaching into the hw.
26. Comment on the instructor's concern for the students.
She encourages questions and class participation. I don't need any help in the class but I've noticed her making herself available to anyone who is struggling.
She was concerned as to how well students understood things but she came across as a bit harsh at times and sometimes intimidating to the point where students were afraid to ask questions.

i wish the comprehensive problem was a little easier but other than that it was a great class. it's hard but if you work hard, come to class, pay attention and do the exercises its easy.
I don't believe Robyn Klein had any concern for the students. She mostly had concern about her dog who has cancer. Yes she would give us her office hours so we can go in and visit and get help. But even when going in to her office she looked at us as if we were stupid and that we should know how to do all of this stuff by now. I just feel that she is rude and has no concern towards anyone but herself and her dog.
I believe that Robyn Klein is concerned with the progress of her students, and wants them all to succeed. However, sometimes I feel that when people ask questions she seems intimidating and kind of makes the person feel bad when she answers the questions. She is not negative or puts anyone down, but sometimes I think she misunderstands some questions that students ask.
She always made herself available to help outside of class. Whenever you email her she is very quick to respond!
Just buckle down and learn as hard as you can.
27. My overall evaluation of this instructor is....
She's a great teacher. She doesn't just show powerpoints, she does examples with the class. What think is the most important thing is that she has us do examples in class, then we walk through them step by step if necessary. She doesn't just show us how to do it, she gets us involved.
Good teacher who gets down to business and doesn't waste time for students who aren't willing to put the work in.

I didn't enjoy being in her class. I felt that the way she taught was not well prepared and I didn't understand what she was saying. I asked for help and she acted as if I was stupid. I felt that she had no concern towards me and some other students who truly needed help. I asked for help several times and she just made the situation even worse.
Very good, though I think presenting material during the class should come first before quizzes or answering the questions at the end of the chapter.
Overall, I believe that Robyn Klein is a good instructor. She knows her subject matter well, she uses class time effectively, and she is available to those who need her help outside of class. The only thing that I have to complain about is the fact that she moves too fast sometimes in class. I was able to follow her lectures majority of the time, but sometimes she moved way too fast and I found myself lost in the material. And of course I did not ask any questions or ask for her to slow down because I did not want to be the one to say something.
It was an absolute pleasure to have Robyn Klein as a teacher!

29. Other comments:
grades were not posted to laulima or My Accounting Lab, so it was impossible to know how you were doing in the class throughout the semester.
Good accounting teacher.
Robyn Klein did not return any quiz or tests back to the students. She showed us the test answers and the grade that we received and then took them back and never returned them. We never saw the quizzes after taking them. I asked if she could show me my grade or tell me what it was and she told me how I could find the grade out. I needed to know my tests' and quizzes' grades to calculate the grade and without having the tests and quizzes I have no clue what my grade is. For all I know I could be failing this class and not even know about it until the end of the semester and then have to retake the class. I find her teaching method quite useless. All she does is use premade powerpoint slides and does give us any thing else. She doesn't speak from her experience or tell us the information from her own thoughts. I would definitely not recommend anyone towards taking her class.
I like the fact that the students are given the chance to do problems in class and right away we go over the answers together, but I don't think that doing the Quick Check is necessary. The answers are only a few pages after the questions and it's so easy for students to just copy them instead of actually working through them.
