16. What are the instructor's major strengths as a teacher?

was really able to connect to the students and was really friendly and kind. He knew his subject well and taught it to us in a very understandable manner. I was feel I really gained a lot of knowledge about the journalism world. Mr. Asato is very a experienced Journalist. not only does that experience give him much to teach, but it also gives him very good time management and familiarity with online tools. His class was one of the very rare classes where we stayed on schedule (as per the syllabus) the entire semester, and assignments and grades were easily accessible online. This is Andrew. His strengths include his intelligence, and the fact that he very knowledgeable on the subject at hand. hot dog! The teacher's major strengths was his knowledge of the subject from real world experience. He knew the subject well and was able to teach it in a fun way that made his class enjoyable. He gets back to e-mails right away as well as he grades assignments right away. He has the students interact. He helps students out when doing in-class activities. He treats everyone fairly and always listens to students. He is a good teacher, provided clear direction and goal for student so we know what to do. The way he taught help me learn.

18. What changes, if any, do you suggest to the instructor?

The blog assignment was a little ambiguous. More guidance on it would be nice. None I would probably suggest giving more opportunities for extra credit. Take attendence

19. How did the instructor show concern for students?

always available through email. He always helped us whenever we needed it. any time anyone needed something, he helped them. He was very prompt about posting online after every class session to remind us about assignments both current and upcoming. He was always availible during office hours and via email for help. He was very understanding if you were late on an assignment or if you had to miss class for personal reasons. He goes around helping students when doing in-class activities. He used mant internet materials and also many news that related to our live.

20. Would you recommend this instructor to students? Why or why not?

Yes, if you go to class regularly, because Its really easy to keep up if you go to class, but easy to fall behind if you have work or cant make it to class. Yes. Mr Asato has been a journalist of a long time, and his experience gives him a lot to draw on to enrich the minds of his students. Yes, this class is interesting and studying journalism will give an individual a little more insight as to how the complex world of media operates. Yes, because he inspires students to want to be great journalists. Yes because he is a good teacher and the way he teaches is good. Yes, he is a good prof.

i admire his work He keeps abreast of current issues, which is to be expected of a Journalist, but is still commendable. He is cool. Thank you for a great semester! It's been fun! Keep doing a good job. Thanks, I gain lots from you, and you inspired me.
