    The Department of Educational Administration faculty extensively participates in the most critical issues of the educational administration today.  The issues include examining how the nature of organizations, human nature and needs are related to leadership, staffing, and staff development.  These issues range to exploring the fundamental questions about forces that affect learning in dynamic of individual, group, and organizational behavior.
