Dr. Ronald Heck is Professor and Department Chair of Educational Administration at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He has published extensive articles and books in organizational theory, leadership, policy, and quantitative methods. His recent books are (1) Studying Educational and Social Policy: Theoretical Concepts and Research Methods, and (2) An Introduction to Multilevel Modeling Techniques. He received his Ph.D. from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
