The first step, therefore, is to apply to an academic department. On your application to that department you can indicate EECB as a specialization.
If you are already in the graduate program of an academic department at the University of Hawaii, contact the EECB administrative office for assistance.
To be admitted to the EECB program (which is not an academic department but an interdepartmental program) you must first be accepted into a graduate program in one of the academic departments (Botany, Zoology, Geography, etc.).
